Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment

​

All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders take 7-10 business days to process after order confirmation. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping and Delivery

​

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. Your email will contain tracking information regarding the location of your package until successful/unsuccessful delivery. If you do not receive a confirmation email after 3-5 business days of purchase, please contact XTOICONLLC@gmail.com
so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Domestic Shipping

For orders to the United States, shipping is done via insured USPS First Class  Package or Priority Mail. A delivery confirmation number is included.
USPS First Class Package: Prices may vary. Please allow 4-7 business days for shipping.
USPS Priority Mail: Pricing may vary. Please specify your express shipping needs at checkout.

P.O Box Delivery

All orders are shipped via USPS  First Class Package or Priority Mail.

Private shipping companies or carriers, such as UPS, FedEx and Amazon, are not able to deliver to (place mail in) a PO Box. Only the USPS (United States Postal Service®) is permitted to deliver mail to (place mail in) a P.O Box.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please Note:

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please Note: Unfortunately, due to untimely situations during COVID mandates, we are not currently accepting any returns for the time being.
